Product Description
Hyperflite was founded in 2000 by World Champions Peter Bloeme and Jeff Perry and their discs have always been proudly made in the USA.
Hyperflite’s K-10 Jawz discâ„¢ is the toughest and best-flying puncture-resistant competition disc ever made. The K-10 Jawz disc stands up to gnashing canine teeth better than any other canine disc.
K-10 Jawz discs feature Hyperflite’s low-profile grip surface on the top surface and underside of each disc allowing for secure gripping in all conditions. Even better, all K-10 Jawz discs feature Hyperflite’s X-Flash™ Anti-Glare Technology.
Although the K-10 Jawz disc is remarkably tough in normal canine play, it is not intended to be used as a chew toy.
K-10 Jawz discs do not float in water.

Glow Discs
Glow-in-the-dark products like Hyperflite discs use phosphors embedded in the plastic to emit light when exposed to radiant energy.
The disc starts milky/cloudy in color and turns green after being charged with a light source. Phosphors slowly release their stored energy over time, causing the disc to glow. The duration of the glow depends on the charging time, as phosphors have a limit to the amount of energy they can store.
The glow may weaken over time due to degradation of the phosphor material from exposure to intense light sources or UV radiation.
For the brightest glow and fastest charge, we recommend using a UV (also known as blacklight) flashlight. Different light sources require varying charge times to achieve the same brightness level:
- 3-4 mins of ultraviolet light
- 7-8 mins of direct sunlight
- 21-23 mins of fluorescent light
- 24-26 mins of incandescent light
