Skyhoundz Title Plaques are large 9″ x 12″ ebony wood plaques with metal detail plates, made to stand out in any trophy case. Each one is personalized with your team and your Skyhoundz Championship (SC) Title, a lasting way to memorialize what you and your dog accomplished in canine disc sports.

Who can order

Skyhoundz Championship (SC) Titles are earned by competing in a Hyperflite Skyhoundz Local or State Championship. Qualifying events and the required scores or placements are listed on the SC titles page. A copy of your scoresheet is required to validate an SC title; email it to customerservice@skyhoundz.com.

Titles available

SC titles are offered in these divisions: Distance/Accuracy, Freestyle. Each division has four levels: Basic, Advanced, Expert, Elite. Choose the exact title from the drop-down menu.

  • Personalization: Year, handler and dog, and the SC title you earned

How to order

  • Type the year and the team that earned the title (handler and dog) in the Title Info field.
  • Do not use commas or other punctuation. Follow this example: 2010 John Doe & Nicky
  • Choose your title from the drop-down menu, then click “Add to Cart.”
  • Email a copy of your scoresheet to customerservice@skyhoundz.com so your title can be validated.

For U.S. Orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska), we use a variable shipping pricing structure based upon your order total (except for orders of misprints which are charged the actual shipping cost).

U.S. Shipping Fees

Orders totaling up to $25 = $5.95
Ordering totaling from $25.01-$50 = $7.95
Orders totaling from $50.01-$99.99 = $9.95
Orders totaling $100+ = $12.95

International Shipping Fees

International orders (including Hawaii and Alaska) are charged shipping at our cost and payments must be by credit card. In addition, international customers are responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes. We will contact international customers, with a total quote including shipping, for approval before processing their credit card.

If your order does not live up to your expectations, we will provide you a credit towards other Skyhoundz merchandise or refund your money for the products you return to us (shipping not included). Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of our receiving your return.
