Skyhoundz wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not live up to your expectations, we will provide you a credit towards other Skyhoundz merchandise or refund your money for the products you return to us (shipping not included). Offer valid for 30 days from when you receive your order. Exchanges are also accepted. To start a return or exchange, email customerservice@skyhoundz.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of our receiving your return.
