IMPORTANT: Each competitor should register only once. This single form covers both the Skyhoundz Last Chance Qualifier and World Championship, and you may enter multiple dogs under one registration. Please note: you must have already Qualified before August 17, 2026 to be eligible to register for the 2026 World Championship. If you Qualify after August 17, 2026, you’ll be eligible to compete in the 2027 World Championship instead. Just follow the step-by-step directions below.

Already registered? Do not submit a second entry to make changes. If you need to add a dog, delete an entry, or correct any information after registering, please contact us directly — submitting an additional form creates duplicate records and introduces errors into our system.
