Shipping Information
For U.S. orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska), we use a variable pricing structure based upon order total (except for orders of misprints which are charged the actual shipping cost). International orders (including Hawaii and Alaska) are charged shipping at cost (but not less than $6.50) and payments must be by credit card. In addition, international customers are responsible for payment of any duties and taxes. We will contact international customers, with a total quote including shipping, for approval before processing their credit card.
